Episode 8: Anti-harassment policies for education institutes in Pakistan

Hiba Thobani – a lawyer and law teacher. Her practice as a litigator and human rights advocate includes the provision of pro bono legal services and representation of complainants in city court and before the Provincial Ombudsman Against Harassment of Women at Workplace. She has also conducted legal literacy training, worked on legislation drafting and research with local NGOs and international organisations such as the ICRC and UNHCR. Till 2018 she managed a legal aid initiative, ‘Qaaf Se Qanoon’, of which she was a co-founder. She is currently the Supervisor of a legal aid center run by Imkaan Welfare Organisation in Machar Colony and a Permanent Faculty Member at SZABIST, Faculty of Law.
